Fantastic location and helpful staff!

I found the location convenient, being so close to the subway entrance! The abundance of restaurants and shopping options in the area was amazing! I also thought the staff were really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions I had.
I cannot think of anything negative to mention about my experience. Everything was great.

the location was really great! it was close to the metro station, i found lots of attractions nearby. the staff were friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. the room was clean, i appreciated the hot shower with good pressure.
our room was a basic double room, and it felt too small for us. i was aware of small rooms, but this one really shocked me a bit. the lack of a proper window added to the claustrophobia. it was a bit stuffy!

the room was quite small i felt a little cramped. the air conditioning was hard to adjust it was either too cold or too warm. the staff did not offer much help with this problem i hoped for better assistance.
